Shipping Policy
- Karachi: Shipping charges are PKR 250.
- Outside Karachi: Shipping charges are PKR 350.
- Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 3,999 qualify for free shipping.
- Note: Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size and volume.
Ordering Policy
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. However, delivery may take 6 to 8 working days.
- Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, our support team will notify you via phone or email.
Order Cancellation
- If you need to modify or cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible.
Damages Claim
- If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours to claim an exchange.
- The same product will be re-delivered to your address free of charge.
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Order Return / Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 48 hours after receiving the order for the following reasons:
- Incorrect article quantity.
- Color & design different from the displayed product.
- Size & dimensions different from what was communicated.
Refund Policy
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
