Shipping Policy

• Karachi: Shipping charges are PKR 250.
• Outside Karachi: Shipping charges are PKR 350.
• Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 3,999 qualify for free shipping.
• Note: Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size and volume.

Ordering Policy

• Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. However, delivery may take 6 to 8 working days.

Order Cancellation

• If you need to modify or cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible.

Damages Claim

• If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours to claim an exchange.
• The same product will be re-delivered to your address free of charge.
• Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Order Return / Exchange Policy

• You may request an exchange within 48 hours after receiving the order for the following reasons:
  • Incorrect article quantity.
  • Color & design different from the displayed product.
  • Size & dimensions different from what was communicated.

Refund Policy

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
