Exchange policy

We offer exchange only in case of:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged item received
Defective product

To request an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Exchange conditions

For exchange approval:

The item must be unused
Original packaging must be intact
Product must be returned in original condition
Proof of issue (photo or video) may be required

Return policy

At this time, Dilzan Studio does not offer returns for change of mind, dislike, or personal preference. Returns are only considered if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged.

Non-exchangeable items

The following cases are not eligible for exchange or return:

Slight color difference due to screen settings
Minor design variations
Used products
Damage caused after delivery
Delayed claims after 24 hours

Follow return instructions provided by our team
Replacement will be dispatched after product verification

Shipping charges for exchange

If the issue is from our side, exchange shipping may be managed accordingly. If exchange is requested for any other approved reason, shipping charges may apply.
