All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Dilzan Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any order if necessary. Once an order is confirmed, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays or delivery issues.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement will be considered final.

Payment policy

Orders are processed after payment confirmation according to the selected payment method. For certain orders, advance payment may be required before dispatch.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Dilzan Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.

Exchange policy

Exchange requests are accepted only within the specified exchange period after receiving the product. Products must remain unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Dilzan Studio does not offer refunds unless a wrong or damaged item is received.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact Dilzan Studio within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof.

To maintain product quality:

Store carefully after use
Avoid rough handling

Improper care may affect product finish over time.
